  • 12 jalapeno peppers fresh
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese sharp; preferably sargento
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 12 strips bacon preferably Smithfield's thin cut (least fat)



  • Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt together until mixture is well blended. (cream cheese may need to be left at room temperature to soften)


  • Rinse jalapeno peppers
  • Split jalapeno peppers in half and hull out center with teaspoon or thumb. Remove all seeds, you may leave a couple with seeds for a surprise hot pepper. (Gloves preferred, maybe even a gas mask)
  • Add 1 heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture to each jalapeno pepper half
  • Cut bacon in half and wrap each jalapeno pepper with a slice of bacon (Push bacon until cream cheese mixture to assist with holding bacon on pepper)


  • Preheat grill to 350-400 degrees and oil grate
  • Grill jalapeno peppers until hot/juicy and bacon is browned, around 30-40 minutes
