  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp olive oil


  • Mix garlic, soy sauce, ginger, light brown sugar, red wine vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl
  • In a large bowl, mix teriyaki sauce with ground beef, saving around 4 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce for basting burger while cooking
  • Shape beef into 4 patties and cook 4 minutes per side and brush with leftover teriyaki sauce


You can also freeze patties to use at a later date
