  • 8 oz noodles
  • 2 tbsp peanute oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic minced


  • Cook pasta in accordance with package and drain/rinse with cold water; set aside
  • Combine peanut oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic
  • Add pasta to skillet and pour sauce mixture into skillet until heated thoroughly and sauce has thickened slightly
