Filling
  1. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt together until mixture is well blended. (cream cheese may need to be left at room temperature to soften)
Peppers
  1. Rinse jalapeno peppers
  2. Split jalapeno peppers in half and hull out center with teaspoon or thumb. Remove all seeds, you may leave a couple with seeds for a surprise hot pepper. (Gloves preferred, maybe even a gas mask)
  3. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture to each jalapeno pepper half
  4. Cut bacon in half and wrap each jalapeno pepper with a slice of bacon (Push bacon until cream cheese mixture to assist with holding bacon on pepper)
Cooking
  1. Preheat grill to 350-400 degrees and oil grate
  2. Grill jalapeno peppers until hot/juicy and bacon is browned, around 30-40 minutes
